Cancel a scheduled appointment

If you need to cancel an appointment, this can be done anytime before the scheduled appointment date.

Note:Only the site owner can cancel a scheduled appointment from the appointments dashboard.

Check the plans and pricing page to see if Online Appointments are available in your language and country.

Go to your GoDaddy product page.
Scroll down, expand Websites + Marketing and select Manage next to your website.
On your dashboard, expand Appointments, and then select Calendar.
Select the scheduled appointment you want to delete.
Select Delete.

Note: An email is sent to the site owner as well as the customer who scheduled the appointment when deleted.
