How to Enter

To participate in a GoDaddy survey contest ("Contest") or sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), you must complete the entire survey, with complete responses, presented to you by GoDaddy during the promotion period listed under the promotion specific rules below and you will be automatically entered (each, an “Entry”). Each individual is limited to one entry. If you do not want to be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes pursuant to the terms of this section, you must email Usability@GoDaddy.com prior to the end of the Promotion Period and your survey will not be considered for entry into this Sweepstakes.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Sponsor may screen any or all Entries. Any Entry that the Sponsor deems, in its sole discretion and at any point in time, to violate the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules will be subject to disqualification.

Promotion Specific Terms and Conditions:

Discount Domain Club Survey - Monthly

Promotion Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on the first day of each month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the last day of each month (“Promotion Period”) while the survey is available on the GoDaddy website.

Eligibility: Participation in this Contest and Sweepstakes is subject to the below criteria.

1. United States: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia (and excluding Puerto Rico), who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. 
2. Canada: Open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec and any other French-speaking territories, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
3. United Kingdom: Open to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
4. India: Open to legal residents of India who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
5. Australia: Open to legal residents of Australia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
6. Employees, officers and directors of GoDaddy and their respective related companies and agents, as well as the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings and grandparents) and household members of each are not eligible to enter.
7. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional acceptance of (i) these Official Rules; (ii) GoDaddy’s Privacy Policy located at https://www.godaddy.com/Agreements/Privacy.aspx; and (3) Winner Determination, which are final. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements as set forth in these Official Rules.

Winner Determination:

• Sweepstakes: Prize winners will be randomly drawn by GoDaddy on or the first day of each month, beginning in March 2023. Drawings will limited to the first 500 responses. There will be one (1) winner each month. ALL POTENTIAL WINNING ENTRIES ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL.  

Sweepstakes Prizes:

1. One (1) prize will be awarded. Each prize will be issued in the form of a Visa gift card, with a value of $100 USD.
2. Limit one (1) prize per person. No prize substitutions, no cash equivalent, and no transfer of prizes permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Odds of winning a prize are based on the number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received during the Promotion Period. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, including without limitation any applicable income taxes on prizes and for any other expenses relating to the use of prizes.

Small Business Expo Event Sweepstakes – May 7, 2025

Promotion Period: Entries will be collected during open hours of the Small Business Expo on May 7, 2025 (“Promotion Period”)

Eligibility: Participation in this Sweepstakes is subject to the below criteria.

1. United States: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia (and excluding Puerto Rico), who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
2. Employees, officers and directors of GoDaddy and their respective related companies and agents, as well as the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings and grandparents) and household members of each are not eligible to enter.
3. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional acceptance of (i) these Official Rules; (ii) GoDaddy’s Privacy Policy located at https://www.godaddy.com/Agreements/Privacy.aspx; and (3) Winner Determination, which are final. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements as set forth in these Official Rules.

• One (1) winner will be drawn randomly at end of show on May 7, 2025 (using an online spin wheel) and the one (1) winner must be in person to win when we draw the name. ALL POTENTIAL WINNING ENTRIES ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY GODADDY, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL.

Sweepstakes Prizes:

1. One (1) prize will be awarded. The prize will be issued in the form of a GoDaddy/Poynt point of sale terminal device, with no cash value.
2. Limit one (1) prize per person. No prize substitutions, no cash equivalent, and no transfer of prizes permitted except at the sole discretion of the GoDaddy. Odds of winning a prize are based on the number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received during the Promotion Period.
3. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, including without limitation any applicable income taxes on prizes and for any other expenses relating to the use of prizes.

General Rules

Entrants agree that if they are the prize winner of a Contest or Sweepstakes they may be required to sign a W-9 form and a GoDaddy.com LLC “Winner Release Form” which includes, but is not limited to, the following;

1. confirming eligibility requirements;
2. authorizing use of name, likeness, voice, hometown, etc. on GoDaddy’s website and other media outlets and in any and all publicity, promotion, or advertising,
3. GoDaddy shall own all survey results, and
4. waiving any and all claims, causes of action, law suits or demands of any nature whatsoever, known or unknown, including without limitation personal injury, damages or other claims, loss or damages, that could possibly be asserted against GoDaddy or its employees, agents, officers, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and assigns, arising in any way in connection with the Sweepstakes, announcement of the prize winner, or the Prize that was awarded.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BY PARTICIPATING IN A CONTEST OR SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF GODADDY, WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO CLAIM AMBIGUITY IN THE RULES, AND RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS GODADDY AND ITS PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, MEMBERS AND EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY, “RELEASEES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY INJURIES, LOSSES, DAMAGES, CLAIMS, ACTIONS, OR ANY LIABILITY OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM OR ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST OR SWEEPSTAKES OR ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, MISUSE, OR NONUSE OF THE PRIZE THAT MAY BE AWARDED.

Additional Terms and Conditions

Entrants agree that any and all disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Releasees are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Contest or Sweepstakes related materials; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, including inability to access any web site associated with a given Contest or Sweepstakes.
