My Advanced Email Security add-on is moving from INKY to Proofpoint

In most cases, you won’t need to do anything to prepare for the migration. However, if any of the following scenarios applies to you, then you need to make updates before and/or after migration to keep your mail flowing as usual:

• If you set up mail flow rules in INKY, you may want to move them over to Proofpoint. Learn how to create email filters in Proofpoint.
• If you’ve added any users or domains to your Block or Allow List in INKY, move them to Proofpoint. Learn how to add safe and blocked senders in Proofpoint.
• If you host your domain or manage your DNS somewhere other than GoDaddy, you’ll need to make updates to your DNS. After your migration is complete, we’ll send you an email that explains what changes you need to make to your DNS and how to make them.

We’ll notify you 30 days and 48 hours before starting your move to Proofpoint. During migration, there should be no interruptions in your mail flow.

After migrating to Proofpoint, you’ll see links to sign in to both Proofpoint and INKY on your Advanced Email Security page. You’ll still have access to INKY for 14 days. During those 14 days, we recommend accessing and releasing any quarantined messages in INKY you want to keep. After 14 days, we’ll remove the link to sign in to INKY from your Advanced Email Security page and delete your INKY account. You’ll no longer have access to your data.
