Return my POS device or accessory
If you decide the POS device or hardware accessory purchased through GoDaddy Payments isn’t right for your business, you can return it within 30 days of shipment for a full refund.
Please keep the following restrictions in mind when returning a POS device or accessory:
- Products must be returned within 30 days of shipment.
- Returned products must be in the original condition and include the documentation, cords and accessories that were included in the packaging.
- Printer paper must be unopened.
