Set up favorites for your POS device

Set products, categories, discounts and fees as favorites for easy access when creating orders in your GoDaddy Smart Terminal Register app.

You can set favorites in the GoDaddy Payments dashboard in your web browser or GoDaddy Smart Terminal. Items designated as favorites in one interface will also appear on the Favorites screen of the other.

Designate favorite products, categories, discounts and fees through your GoDaddy Payments dashboard.

  1. Sign in to the Dashboard where you manage your GoDaddy Payments account (use your GoDaddy username and password).
  2. In the left-nav, select Catalog.
  3. From the top-nav, select Products, Categories, Discounts or Fees.
  4. Locate the item(s) you want to designate as Favorites and check the box next to each one to select it.
  5. Add the selected items as favorites:
    • Products: At the bottom of the page, select Icon with three horizontal dots More, then select Add to favorites.
    • Categories, Discounts or Fees: At the bottom of the page, select Add to favorites.
  6. Once added, select Favorites from the top-nav to review, reorder or remove favorited items.

Designate favorite products, categories, discounts and fees through the Register app on your Smart Terminal.

  1. On your Smart Terminal home screen, tap Register.
  2. Tap Favorites.
  3. Tap add icon Add. If you don’t see the Add icon, tap and hold a grid square until the icon appears, then tap it.
  4. Tap the desired item from the Product, Categories, Discounts or Fees section. You can also search for the desired item by entering its name in the Search items field. You can add multiple items at once.
  5. Once you are done selecting items, select Save.
