1. Introduction

This Airo Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) applies to all users (“you”, “your”, or “user”) who access any Airo™ branded Service (“Airo”). By accessing Airo, you agree to use Airo in a manner consistent with this Policy and that your use is also governed by GoDaddy’s AI Terms of Use and Universal Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you use Airo to create privacy policies, terms of use, or other policy documents for your site, this use of Airo is also governed by the Compliance Services Terms of Use. Capitalized words used but not defined within this Policy have the meaning given to them elsewhere within the Terms.

2. Acceptable Use of Airo

Airo is intended only to help you establish and operate a legal and compliant online business. Airo utilizes AI-driven workflows that enable you to:

• Build and publish websites, web applications, or other online sites
• Generate content, including product descriptions, offers, and communications
• Create logos, images, branding assets, social media posts, and other marketing materials
• Draft common business documents, such as policies, terms, and customer-facing materials
• Integrating GoDaddy or third-party payment solutions into your site
• Provide you information and workflows that help you start, manage, and grow your business

Users must review and verify all outputs. AI may make mistakes. Our AI is continuously improved, but users must still verify outputs in line with best practices.

3. What Airo Can Not Be Used For

Airo is not intended to for:

• Providing legal advice
• Revenue generation.
• Healthcare advice or medical information.
• Financial advice or guidance, including but not limited to:
  • Predicting stock, cryptocurrency, or asset prices.
  • Completing trades, moving money, or processing payments.
  • Guaranteeing sales, revenue, or return on investment.
• Creating new AI tools for your sites.
• Operating any unlawful or non-compliant business.

4. Enforcement

It is your responsibility to use Airo only for its intended purposes and not for any prohibited purposes.

We reserve the right to audit all Airo output to ensure compliance with this Policy and our Terms. Failure to comply with this Policy or our Terms may result in suspension or termination of your access without refund of any used or unused AI Credits.
