GoDaddy - Do Not Call Policy
Consumers may request at any time, by telephone or in writing, that GoDaddy stop making marketing calls and texts, including artificial voice or prerecorded voice calls, and place their telephone number on our company-specific Do Not Call list. You may submit this request by:

- Text: Reply "STOP" to any text message you receive from us (you may receive one confirmation message)
While we may ask for your name, mailing address, email, and telephone number, we will accept your request with only your 10-digit telephone number provided. Current customers have the right to be placed on our Do Not Call list, though this may affect customer service and account-related communications. Being on the Do Not Call list means that you will not be contacted for promotional purposes by anybody representing GoDaddy. GoDaddy may still contact you, however, for non-solicitation purposes such as billing and other service-related matters consistent with the terms of our Global Privacy Notice.
TIMEFRAMES AND DURATIONYour telephone number will be added to our Do Not Call list within 10 business days of receiving your request. Your number will remain on our list for at least 5 years unless you contact us to have the number removed from the Do Not Call list or otherwise opt into being contacted by us. If you change your telephone number or obtain additional numbers, you must provide us with these new numbers if you wish to add them to our Do Not Call list.
INFORMATION SHARING AND DURATIONWe will not share information you provide when opting out with other entities except affiliated companies and subsidiaries, unless we have your prior written permission. Our representatives, employees, and third parties conducting outreach on our behalf are trained on this policy and its procedures. Managers review this policy with employees periodically, and we review the entire policy annually. If a consumer requests a copy of our Do Not Call policy, we will send a copy via U.S. mail or electronic mail. This does not impact our use of information we have obtained through other lawful means while providing services to you and/or in accordance with the terms of our Global Privacy Notice.
COMPLAINT RESOLUTIONIf you receive a call or text from GoDaddy after requesting to be on our Do Not Call list, please notify us immediately. Our representative will alert a manager who will:
- Promptly investigate the matter
- Determine the source of any error
- Take necessary corrective measures
- Confirm your number is on our internal Do Not Call list
Upon written request, we will mail confirmation that your telephone number is on our list.
NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRYThe Federal Trade Commission offers a free National Do Not Call Registry service. Unlike our company-specific list, this national registry covers telephone solicitations from many U.S. companies. You may register your residential or mobile numbers by:
- Calling 888-382-1222
- Visiting www.donotcall.gov
It may take several weeks before you notice a reduction in marketing calls after registering.
