Unable to add new credit card

Hey everyone,


I'm trying to add a new credit card, since my old one expired and it's urgently needed to process the payment for my domain.


I filled out all the details as per usual and get an error message stating that I haven't entered all necessary information

I checked multiple times, tried different browsers and I still have no luck. My credit card works fine with every other type of online payment service, so it's not an issue with the card.


How do I proceed here?

@Element I have exactly the same issue. Have you contacted the customer support via the phone number and did they help you?
