When I sell a domain and am required to complete a W-9, does the buyer get a copy of it?

GoDaddy requires me to complete a W-9 form in order to sell a domain, but does the buyer also get a copy of this?  My SSN would be visible to buyer so I am a bit concerned.

    Hello there @Bino547 ,

No, the buyer does not get a copy of your W-9. The W-9 is required to report the sale to the IRS so you can pay taxes on it. That information doesn't go to the buyer.
