    Place image for entire homepage

I'm new to this, so don't laugh at how simple this is. I created an image as a "coming soon" or "under construction" page, while I build my site. All I want is to have the image on my computer to be the only thing you see on my url through GoDaddy. No buttons, banners, headers, links, etc., etc. I can't seem to find out how to do this. Can anyone help me out?

The simplest way would be to create a file named index.html.  Then insert your image within and upload via FTP (or your cPanel file manager) to the root of your server.

Not knowing the size of your image you may need to tweak the code to get the display you desire.
