    question about hosting MP4 files

I am a real estate photographer and I'm trying to set up a page on my site where I can upload and host MP4 video files. These files are ProShow videos of slide shows I have created for clients. They will be accessed from the multiple listing service and from client websites.  They do not need to be outward facing. I should add that these files are big. Around 85MB. Hosting these slide shows is the only reason for me to have a website. I have been using a tour hosting site but I am tired of advertising someone else's programs. I have a blank page in my site. How can I do this?

Re: question about hosting MP4 files

    Hey there!

On GoCentral, you cannot add a video directly and host it. You would have to use a platform like YouTube or Vimeo and then use the embed code after you uploaded it there.

If you have a standard hosting package using cPanel or Plesk, you can upload directly to your server but you will likely see that the site will be slow.

Best practice is to use a service like YouTube or Vimeo and then link to it on your site.

    Best Regards,
