    Can't find subscribers?

    Hi all.

I've seen a similar post to this from around 4 years ago but I can't seem to comment on it. I've added a subscribe section to my website and myself and my partner have tested it out with about 4 different emails. We never actually get any confirmation emails back (have checked junk) and nothing ever appears on the subscribe list, in supressed or otherwise. Where is this information going? I've tried a dummy campaign to see if they are there anywhere but obviously not. I've clicked on every conceivable link but they just don't exist?!

Please help, all I want to do is build a subscriber list and get some campaigns out! Many thanks in advance

So it seems like you are using the GoDaddy Email Marketing and Websites + Marketing (which has email marketing built into it)

Instead of using the HTML element just use the Subscribe Element

So it appears you are using a 3rd party subscription form / widget (MadMimi)????

If this is correct - My guess is that there is something in the way that GoDaddy does the iFrame for custom HTML which is blocking the signup code you are inserting into thepage.

@PL281 Well this is odd, I created the subscription form via GoDaddy Sign up form and just copied and pasted in into the HTML section as it says to do? Never heard of Madmimi? And I certainly haven't got the knowledge to do anything other than Godaddy? Sooo confused lol
