    no option to change font on button

    I've been trying to create my website, I've noticed/have not found a way to change the font inside of a button, only the option to change its colour. Any help would be great.

    Thanks Taha

    Hi @Taha:

    Try running this example.

    By adding font-family to the attributes of the style, you can have different fonts used for different buttons.

    Good luck.

    Bob

    <!DOCTYPE html>
    <html>
    <head>
    <style>
    .button1 {
    background-color: #4CAF50;
    border: none;
    color: white;
    padding: 15px 32px;
    text-align: center;
    font-family: Arial, Verdana;
    text-decoration: none;
    display: inline-block;
    font-size: 16px;
    margin: 4px 2px;
    cursor: pointer;
    }
    .button2 {
    background-color: #FF0000;
    border: none;
    color: white;
    padding: 15px 32px;
    text-align: center;
    font-family: Georgia, Serif;
    text-decoration: none;

    Hi there @kabeer32.

    Thank you for posting. If you've purchased a domain and it doesn't appear within your account, you'll want to reach out to our support team to see why that is.

    Please pardon my ignorance, but I really want to change some button fonts also.  Where in the website builder do I go to paste this code? Thanks!!

    Hello @SLJ!

    Welcome to the community! If you're working with Website Builder, there's no way to change the font as it's determined by the theme you choose. I'm not certain whether @CameraClub was talking about Website Builder or not. Maybe they can clarify.

    Hi @SLJ!

    My prior comment and instructions about how you can change the font on a button is by editing the HTML code for a page.  If you are using Website Builder, GoDaddy may not give you this option.

    Good luck.

    Bob

    I have been using Go Daddy website builder for more than two years and there was always an option to change the font, font size, font colour and everything else. Now I made the mistake of recommending it to a friend and am thoroughly unimpressed to find those options have been taken away. There used to be lots of themes to choose from; now I'm stuck with the selection GoDaddy has decided upon. I used to be able to change everything, just double click and the editing tools would come up.

    I am sorry I persuaded her to buy domain names and sign up for this. I now have to search for a different website building program as this is awful. There is a saying in my country: If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

    If you were using Version 7 and now have GoCentral, you can ask them to change you back to V7. I hate GoCentral, there are so few options. So even when I buy a new website builder, I ask them to make it V7 instead of GoCentral.

    I need this information also. Am new to this task and would like to

    change font color and make bold, etc. Please offer simplistic

    directions. thank you.

    I see no way to do this.

    how do you change font size in a box--the fonts are miniscule

    Type the font you want in a text box then cut and paste into the font field in the button settings

    Thank you so much mgtrosewilson!!!  Have been trying to do this for years...you are the best!

    THANK YOU mgtrosewilson !!!  That is awesome...
