How to access Domain when registrant name is Brand Name and not Company Name (India)

We own a domain name to which our email access was recently lost, as someone logged in from the account and changed the contact details. Obviously, this did not impact the registrant details.

So we went to Change Update to change the email associated with the account - we were asked to share all business documents and proofs which we did. But the problem is the following: The registrant name is <Brand Name> and not the <Company Name>. In India, we do not have the concept of DBA documentation or Fictitious Name Documentation. Here we have Trademark Certificates considered to be good enough to showing ownership of a brand. We shared the trade mark certificate, but that was not enough. The team is asking for a DBA or a business license, which is not feasible in India. Kindly suggest next steps.
