Worked fine in USA. After moving to Brazil, I can't access webmail using Safari or Firefox. Safari freezes and Firefox gives me "server not located." I have been on Chat with go daddy support THREE times and tried ALL of their suggestions. They said there is nothing else they can do for me. I need a smart person to help me out because godaddy's "Award Winning Support Team" is stumped! I CAN access on my wife's MacBook, but not mine! It's weird and I cannot detect any differences with our settings. I have tried the following: 1) Changed Password; 2) Reset Browsers: 3) Cleared cookies, caches, history; 4) Restart laptop 5) checked system updates; 6) Tried Private Browsing Windows 7) Lowered Security Settings to accept pop-ups, etc... 😎 I've tried launching email from my products page; 9) i've tried accessing email through sso.secureserver.net and sso.godaddy.com...Any more suggestions?

I figured out how I solved this problem. I ran across a help thread here: https://www.godaddy.com/community/Managing-Email/DNS-PROBE-FINISHED-NXDOMAIN-eror-when-log-in-to-htt... and followed the instructions. It didn't appear to work at first, so I deleted the changes to the DNS. Then discovered my email had finally loaded in another open tab. When I tried again the next day, the problem was back. So, I changed the DNS as per the video below again and, Voila! it worked. It is still strange that on my wife's MacBook it has always loaded without any changes.
After three days. it decided to load and not freeze. I have no idea why it was not working, but it resolved.
