Can anyone help in fixing my issue ? Recently i purchased a domain with hosting package and configured everything properly.
I created few email id . I could able to send emails from it but unable to receive email. Response 550 error is occuring. I checked up with the customer care and they told to remove some settings in DNS zones > MX filter.. I removed it ..
If you're getting this error when trying to send email from the online portal, I would recommend calling in to our tech support and having them take a look at it. If you use your email on an email client, like Outlook or Apple Mail, or on your phone, it may just be an issue with the settings your using.
