User locked out after 2 log-in attempts

Suddenly this week my employees are getting locked out of their email accounts after only two password attempts. I have never seen this function before, and cannot find any setting that lets me decide how many attempts are allowed before lock-out. Given how often we cycle new passwords, I want control of this setting - with only two tries we're losing too much productivity. Anybody know if this can be changed?

what platform is it you are running?

We've got 4 users who each use the standard web-based portal from GoDaddy. All Windows, and I believe all Windows 10. Firefox and Chrome are the two browsers we use for internet. This issue came up with a user using latest iteration of Firerox and Windows 10.
