I enable all http to https and www redirect and godaddy domain forwarding is enable in dns settings.
my domain name and all redirects working properly but https://mydomain.com is not working

https://mydomain.com is not working
when i try to open my site with https://mydomain.com chrome say
"your connection is not private"

It appears you're using forwarding on the bare domain, but that is not compatible with https://. You can remove the forwarding and point with DNS records instead.
You'll want the A records for host @ and the CNAME for host www all pointing to Blogger.
Make sure you have these records to your DNS.
Make sure you've activated the redirect in your Blogger account.
- Sign in to Blogger.
- Select the blog you want to update.
- On the left, click Settings > Basic.
- Under "Publishing," under "Blog Address," check Redirect [mydomain.com to www.mydomain.com].
Changes to the DNS usually take an hour or two, but can take up to 48 hours.
It looks like the domain mentioned is still pointing to GoDaddy Forwarding instead of the IP addresses provided by Google.
Sounds good! Google provides the SSL but these changes take a little time to take effect.
