    Suddenly my Gmail stopped pulling emails from the webmail of my direct admin and getting errors?!?

    Hello,

     

    I using Direct Admin and my Gmail work with IMAP and POP3.

     

    Suddenly my Gmail stoped pulling emails from the webmail of my direct admin.

     

    I got an errors like that:

     Connection Error. Mail from this account has not been retrieved since 12:24 am.

    Connection Error.
    Server returned error "We were unable to locate the other domain. Please contact your other provider."

    There was a problem connecting to mail.tomerbiran.com Server returned error: "We were unable to locate the other domain. Please contact your other provider."

     

    What I need to do?

    @JonathanSror,

     

    Thanks for posting. I'm not familiar with Direct Admin so hopefully another community member can chime in, but it's possible the DNS for a value Google Mail is using to try and retrieve the mail has been changed. In this scenario you will either want to update the DNS for the value in question or update the values Google Mail is using in order to correct the issue. I hope this helps.
