    Web Content Category?

Some of our customers who are trying to find our website on their desktop PCs, when they are at work for the USG, see the following message:  "Website Unavailable
Reason: Access to web content category "none" is not allowed by Agency policy".

Does anyone know how to change the "web content category" to something more meaningful to our web's content, which is jewelry and arts & craft shows?  I've searched around GoDaddy but can't find anything.

    Thanks!

    Re: Web Content Category?

Hi @SreyStyle. Welcome to GoDaddy Community!

It may or may not be possible for you to change this depending on how your website is built/managed. If you can provide more information about that here, someone from the community may be able to offer suggestions on how you can move forward.

    Thanks, JesseW.

We are billed annually for "Business Website Builder Renewal," and GoDaddy's Website Builder is what we used to design it, and publish it. Why isn't it possible to change the category?  A category question is asked in the Website Builder app while editing / building, but it appears not to matter.  We don't use it to sell things, only to inform potential customers.  The website is SreyStyle.com.  I don't know how to fix this, so we're thinking about finding a different web site provider.
