If you tried changing your hosting account's data center and it failed, there are a few potential causes.

Large websites: Sites with more than 250,000 files and directories (counted as inodes) or more than 15GB of stored files	Reduce the size of your site
Slow DNS responses or DNS hosted with another provider	Resubmit your request or use your hosting account's nameservers
Pending SSL: An account is in the process of having an SSL installed	Wait for SSL install to complete
