GoDaddy - Electronic Signature Disclosure

1. Scope of Disclosure

This disclosure (“Disclosure”) applies to all communications, agreements, and notices related to the products and services you are using that GoDaddy.com, LLC or its affiliates ("GoDaddy") provide to you regarding GoDaddy products and services. These communications ("Communications") include notices about your account, updates, and any documents related to your use of the services. By using or applying for the services, you consent to receive these Communications electronically and agree to the use of electronic signatures. If you do not agree, you may not be able to use certain services.

2. Covered Communications

Communications include, but are not limited to:

Please note that message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier, and message frequency may vary.

4. Electronic Signatures

Communications signed electronically by you or service providers will carry the same legal weight as physically signed documents. If requested, you must also sign Communications electronically.

5. System Requirements

To access and retain electronic Communications, you will need:

  • A device with internet access (e.g., computer, tablet, or smartphone);
  • A modern, compatible web browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge);
  • A valid email account;
  • An operating system capable of displaying or downloading Communications;
  • Software like Adobe Reader for viewing PDF files if necessary.

If you use spam filters, ensure that emails are not blocked.

6. Accessibility Issues

If you have trouble accessing any Communications, please contact customer support for assistance.

7. Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw consent for electronic Communications by turning off notifications in your dashboard, replying "STOP" to a message, or following other instructions provided. Alternatively, you can contact customer support. However, withdrawing consent may affect your ability to use the services and might remove security controls from your account.

8. Requesting Paper Copies

If you need a physical copy of any Communications, you can request it by contacting customer support. Be sure to specify which documents you need and provide a valid mailing address.

9. Updating Contact Information

It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact details, including your email address, are up to date. You can update this information in your dashboard.

10. U.S. Federal Law

If you're in the U.S., you agree that this agreement is governed by the federal E-SIGN Act, and you intend to engage in transactions electronically in compliance with that law.
