Resend the request to manage your client's products in The Hub

If you previously sent a request to your client to manage their products through your Hub account, but they never accepted, you can always resend the request without setting them up as a client again.

Note: The Hub by GoDaddy Pro is a different experience with different features than the GoDaddy Pro dashboard. You'll need to switch to The Hub before using the steps below.

  1. Log in to The Hub.
  2. Select Clients from the main navigation menu.
  3. Select the client’s name from the list.
  4. Confirm the client’s email address is correctly listed under Client Details. If not, then you'll want to correct it before continuing.
  5. Select Resend Request to email them another request.
