Manually add a gift certificate for a customer

You can manually add a gift certificate for a customer, which will appear in their My Account > Gift Certificates area. Follow the steps below to manually add a gift certificate.

1. Sign in to WordPress.
2. Go to WooCommerce > Gift Certificates and select Add New Gift Certificate.
3. Select the gift certificate product and click Add Gift Certificate.
4. Update the gift certificate details as needed.
5. Set the Gift Certificate Status to “Active” so the customer can use the gift certificate.
6. Click Save Gift Certificate.
