How can i use Naira as my selling currency since i am currently targeting my country's(Nigeria)audience.

Unfortunately the Nigeria Naira is not available as a display currency at Godaddy.com.  However keep in mind that the system is set up as a global platform, so you will have more customers viewing your domains from all over the world.
