Domain Transfer to GoDaddy - what am I doing wrong?

Ok I have read the tutorials, tried to transfer using them and even read the forum postings...what am I doing wrong?

I have cancelled my MYOB Atlas account and they have stopped my website they have provided me with a UDAI which I can supposedly use to transfer my domain to GoDaddy.  I tried to buy a transfer but it said the domain I wanted to transfer was unavailable.  

I don't think I have any idea how to do this so how do I get my domain out of the MYOB world and transfer it to GoDaddy?  Do I need to ask them to release the domain and give me authorisation code?

Is that what a UDAI is?  I read the MYOB Help files and they said that was all I needed to transfer but it doesn't seem to be that simple.

HELP!

Your use of a UDAI Code implies these transfers are for .NZ domains out of New Zealand. I wish I could tell you how to do this, but at this time I can't. While we are rapidly expanding our global support, inbound transfers of .NZ Domains are not currently supported.
