I Need To Revert To The Old Booked Appointment Email Template
The new email template for when customers book an appointment I do not like compared to the old template. Godaddy changed the auto-generated template last week and the phone support team is unsure how to make changes to it. I chose "Accept Payments Offline" in the "Appointments" and "Services" categories so that patients would not receive what looks to be an invoice since I take payment the day of their appointment. Can this be adjusted on Godaddy's end because it is hurting my show rate. I have screenshots of the information I am referencing if needed.
