Account on hold for verification

I have a godadday account which was opened years ago. This account has not been in use for a very long time until last week when I decided to purchased a domain. I had forgotten my log in details and needed help there. A verification email was sent to my email address which I responded to but my account is still on hold. I understand I need to reverify and each time I resend the verification email, no email comes to my mailbox. Please kindly assist.

You need to get in touch with GoDaddy Support as only they can help you authenticate yourself as the owner of the account to gain access and determine why emails are not being received (Did you check your junk folder or did your email change?).

 

Your fellow community members do not have access to GoDaddy systems or your account.
