Refund request

My domain was auto-renewed yesterday, after I have cancelled its auto-renewal last week

Don't know what's going wrong.

Now that I have deleted the domain completely. Will I get a refund?

Thank you for your post. Refund policies for domains are based on the extension of the domain. If the domain is subject to refund, it will not be processed automatically.

 

Please contact our billing department at your earliest convenience so that our agents may review the matter and process any refunds that may be in order.

How to contact your billing department? Could you forward my request to them please?

 

I've read the refund policy (https://nz.godaddy.com/agreements/showdoc.aspx?pageid=19963&prog_id=PROG_ID). Since I cancelled the product item in time I should be able to get a refund.
