Unable to Change Nameserver of DK domain

I have registered a domain 'sahar.dk' with Godaddy. Godaddy assigns two nameservers (ns61.domaincontrol.com & ns62.domaincontrol.com) which can be found at dk hostmaster website.

At dk hostmaster website (self service portal), I have created the following nameservers with ips

  1. ns1.sahar.dk
  2. ns2.sahar.dk
  3. ns3.sahar.dk

See my nameservers

but i am unable to delegate my domain to new NS. I am getting error "NS record missing for nameserver". 48 hours has passed. Neither dk hostmaster nor godaddy is replying.  what to do in this situation?

I have found solution. When redelegating a .dk domain name to a nameserver which contains the .dk
domain name itself, you will have to create an A-record on your current
nameservers (Domaincontrol), that are pointing to the ip of the new
nameservers, then the redelegation will work.

HELP! I have the same problem and I can't find the solution! PLease help me! 🙂

  1. What is your domain name?
  2. What are your new nameservers with their IPs that you want to set?

Hi,

The domain name is friederikkesofia.dk

and the nameservers are ns61.domaincontrol.com and ns62.domaincontrol.com

 The IP is 160.153.138.74

The issue is this:

I first bought that domain through Godaddy for my client, then we had to activate it and registered with DK-Hostmaster, and through their portal, I transferred the domain ownership to her.

Now, I can't edit the DNS (A record) in Godaddy NOR DK-hostmaster portal...

I am hosting that domain in Godaddy with Wordpress, and I was able to start creating the website but since yesterday every time I want to log in or go to the web address it says

This site can’t be reached

friederikkesofia.dk’s server DNS address could not be found.

Thank you for your time, 🙂

Kind Regards,

Ro.

The domain is still showing NS controller user ID G5856-DK, which mean Godaddy is still hosting DNS service for this domain. Try to ring 14805058877 this number and let them solve this problem for you.
