Why haven't I been paid for my premium listing?

My domain sold on the 23rd, 9 days ago, and I still have not been paid. My domain has been transferred away, but on the GoDaddy site, it still says "fraud verification pending" or something like that. I really need the money and was counting on it. Does anyone know what I should do? Chat isn't working, the phone had a wait time of 30 minutes and I couldn't stay on that long. This is very annoying!

Hi @Immacolata. Thanks for posting. Sorry to hear you're having this experience. It doesn't sound like things are progressing normally. In this situation, I'd suggest reaching out to our GoDaddy Auctions team at auctions@godaddy.com so they can take a look at what's going on.
