Outgoing calls fail, texts aren't received - "Call Failed"

Everytime I dial a number I'm instantly met with a "Call Failed" screen. Text messages are not being received or sent.

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your SmartLine number.  For your calling issue, please make sure your Linked Mobile Phone number is a US cell number (Settings > Linked Mobile Phone #).

 

Please private message me your SmartLine # so we can review your account and setup.  Or for immediate assistance please call our US based 24/7 customer care at 480-463-8715.
