worpress site downloads index.php file instead of opening site

i have a site 3a-medica.com suddenly it downloads a file php.index insted of opening the site.

Any ideas on how to solve this?

This is most likely a PHP issue. Make sure you're on the most current version of PHP available through your server, disable the .htaccess file, and I'm willing to bet your site pops right up.

I would check the wp-config.php as well as the .htaccess file to see if they've been modified at all.
