Funny, I can upload a screenshot of my problem, but not the images or logo that I need to in my website builder.
Any suggestions? I have full internet connectivity and was uploading files no problem earlier.
I have also saved, published, logged out and back in again.

I am not able to see your screenshot at this time. But the first step for troubleshooting an issue like this is ruling out cache or browser issues.
Here is one of the more recent guides for clearing out your cache.
Also try using a different web browser to see if the same problem happens.
