Register App Overview: GoDaddy smart terminal
The Register app of your smart terminal is where you’ll be able to create and process in-person orders, allowing you to sell products from your catalog. Start selling with the Register app with the links below:
- Create an order: Start creating and processing orders for a variety of payment types. You’ll be able to easily look up items by name with search, and pin favorites for easy access. You’re even able to create custom items for on-the-fly transactions.
- Customize your app: You can add product images for a more efficient checkout and customize your layout (reorder products, change column views, edit categories and actions) to best suit you and your staff’s needs.
- View inventory: Gain visibility of real-time inventory counts as well as low and out of stock alerts.
You can also take the time to learn about other features of your terminal that’ll help you make the most of the Register app – such as using the built-in scanner or an external scanner, enabling orders to auto-complete upon payment, trigger auto-printing of additional receipts from the terminal or external printers, as well as manage order and receipt settings.
