What is the difference of listing type options? - four options.

When I click on the "Listing Type"  it shows me the following four options:

    - Offer/Counter Offer

    - Offer/Counter Offer with Buy Now

    - Buy Now Only

    - 7-Day Public Option

    1. What is the difference between above four options.?

    2. Is there any additional cost involved with any option?

    3. Which is most recommended.
