Hi. I could not transfer domain to GoDaddy because GoDaddy site did not allow me to log into my Paypal account. At one instance, it even prompted to assist me to change my password.
But I have confirmed that my Paypal account is in order, so I called Support with the given Singapore number; the call was routed to a Manila call center. As I felt uncomfortable releasing my details, I requested the Support staff to submit a bug ticket for me. I would appreciate any advice. (Also, I have been using Paypal with no problems at this site.)
