Why Expiring Domain Auctions have more bidders and prices than Public Actions?

    Hi all,

I am watching the GD Action for more than 1 year and I see the best selling on Expiring Domain Auctions with crazy prices for long not nice domains, while there are short beautiful short domains in public actions without bidders, can anyone please explain to me why?

    Best Regards

Hi @Meky2. Thanks for being part of GoDaddy Community! The expiring domains posts are done automatically by our system. The price is generated based on our appraisal tool. That's why it's frequently not a round number. I hope that helps.

I can not say conclusively for these examples, but it not uncommon for people to track when a domain they want may expire.
