Can't verify my email to finalize buying my domain

I bought a domain over 6 hours ago and it told me to verify my email otherwise the domain will be frozen, i still haven't received the email and the button "resend email" doesn't do anything
and now i have received an email saying "We've canceled the domain ownership update." I have no clue what is happening now and all i wanted was to get a quick domain 😞
