I can have an .EU domain in UK but GoDaddy don't allow

Deal all!

I have received an e-mail from GoDaddy stating that I need to declare any EU address to keep my .EU domains, otherwise I will lose it.

But the EURip site shows that I CAN have an .EU domain living in the UK once I have European citizenship (https://eurid.eu/en/register-a-eu-domain/brexit-notice/) and the only step is to declare and prove my citizenship, a thing that GoDaddy is not allowing me to do.

Please, could someone at GoDaddy resolve this issue?

We are end users here in the community - You'll need to reach out to GoDaddy directly - I'm not sure what you'll need - if it is a passport / a letter or something else. But only GoDaddy directly will give you what is specifically needed.
