Subdomain forwarding not working

I have a domain (cpopkofc.org) that is set to forward to a uknight.org website.  However, I also have subdomains setup to forward to different places; cpopkofc.org/menu is supposed to go to a google doc while cpopkofc.org/preorder is supposed to go to a Square site.  Last year subdomain stopped forwarding and I was not able to get it figured out in time for our Fish Fry season.  Anyone know what subdomain forwarding is always going to the base forward site and being ignored?

That is not sub-domain. A subdomain would be something like menu.cpopkofc.org or preorder.cpopkofc.org. What you are describing would need to be setup server side to do the forwarding.
