i am facing issue of url, i dont know why this url is showing in footer script and slide bar images on blog website. i deleted theme from wordpress but still its happening.

1) You can disable the CDN in the GoDaddy Dashboard
2) The site is showing with the default theme - So I'm not sure where you aren't seeing images, but the CDN shouldn't affect that

This issue isn't the CDN. I tried to view http://thelincolnstar.news/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/schoollogo-alith-resize-60x60.jpg and got a 404 error - it seems like this is referenced in the code at the image that should be there but it's not on the site.

You may need to install the plugin regenerate thumbnails. The school logo is loading fine at full size off the CDN
The issue as you pointed out is that slider - it's looking for a 60x60 resize of the logo
I also found https://alithemes.ticksy.com/ticket/1760228/ which sounds like a similar issue - Assuming this is the theme you are using you might want to reach out to the theme author and ask them.
