Resend the download link for a digital product
Note: We've moved GoDaddy's online store infrastructure to a new platform to improve performance, reliability and security. As a result, you might temporarily be unable to sell digital products. The feature should be available again by the end of June, 2026.
If a customer can't find their download link for a digital product they bought, you can resend it to them through email. This is helpful when customers accidentally delete their confirmation email or the original link has expired.
- Go to your GoDaddy product page.
- Scroll down, expand Websites + Marketing and select Manage next to your site.
- On your dashboard, expand Store, and then select Orders.
- Select the order for which you want to send a link.
- Under Files, select Resend Links.
- To confirm, select OK. The link will be emailed to the email address associated with the customer who placed the order.
