How to find the url for completed Godaddy Appointments?

Trying to find the URL for completed GoDaddy appointments. I need it so I can track how many of my users actually complete the appointment page. Anyone know where it is?

login to your godaddy account, next to ( Websites + Marketing (formerly GoCentral Websites) ) click on manage , then click on appointments on the top tabs and from the " drop down menu " click on " Calendar " , you will see all completed appointments.
