I am facing this issue only through my Home Network and on all of the devices connected to this network, but when I open the website through my phone (with a 4G Network) it works perfectly.
I contacted Godaddy support, and they do not have any problem on their end, my internet provider didn't know what to do and didn't understand me when I told him to flush my network's cache (following to what godaddy suggested).
I was able to access the site and when testing it I found that it loaded in under 2 seconds.
If you are only encountering issues with your local internet connection, I wouldn't have any suggestions beyond what you mentioned. You may want try resetting your router or contacting your ISP with a trace route to your site that shows an issue.
