- •Bangor (Northern Ireland) & Stirling: Both grew 13%, showing strong entrepreneurial momentum in Northern Ireland and Scotland.
- •Milton Keynes, Londonderry & Manchester: Posted growth of 12%, 11% and 11% respectively.
- •Sunderland, Preston & Lisburn: Round out the top ten, each with double-digit growth of 11%.

- •Canberra (+64%): The nation’s capital keeping pace with the fastest risers.
- •Perth & Brisbane (both +60%): Major cities sustaining strong momentum.
