Outgoing calls fail, texts aren't received

Everytime I dial a number I'm instantly met with a "Call Failed" screen. Text messages are not being received or sent.

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your SmartLine number.  For your calling issue, please make sure your Linked Mobile Phone number is a US cell number (Settings > Linked Mobile Phone #).
