Unfortunately chat / phone support is the only way to do this - as I said we are all end users here in the community.

From reading this you may only be eligible for a refund if they haven't reached out / made an offer for a domain yet

We are end users, you need to call / chat with GoDaddy to request any refunds or cancellations.
