    Publishing custom HTML

    Hello! So I have been tasked with creating a website for the robotics club at my school, but this stuff is sort of new to me. I know HTML really well, and I have a domain. That's it. My question is: how can I use my own HTML code as a website for the domain I now own using GoDaddy? Thank you in advance for anyone who may be able to help.

    @PFRobotics,

    Do you have hosting?

    If you're going to use your own HTML, you need cPanel hosting. But honestly, I'd recommend trying WordPress (on Managed WordPress hosting), which will be fast, will look good, let's you build in a lot of stuff in a plug-and-play approach, etc.

    It means you won't get to practice with HTML as much, but it depends on your objectives. If your goal is to have a usable site up pretty quickly, WordPress is an excellent approach.

    If you're going to stick with straight HTML, you need to create each of the page files and upload everything (files, images, etc.) via FTP.
