Basic & Pro Reseller Help

What reports are available with my reseller account?

The Basic and Pro Reseller accounts include several invaluable reporting tools:

  1. Log in to your GoDaddy account and open your product. (Need help opening your product?)
  2. Click Reseller.
  3. Click Manage next to the plan you are working with.
  4. From the top menu, select Reports, then select the report you want to view.


Shows how many purchases were made and the amount in which you earned made through your plan at a given time. As a bonus, it also displays how many of those purchases were from new customers versus existing ones.

Product Commissions

Shows which product were sold and when. The data provided in this report can be valuable for your marketing efforts and allow you see which products are earning you the most commissions.

Payment History

Shows your completed commission payments from us, and some payment information including amount, date of payment, payment type and the transaction number.

Customer Lookup

Allows you to view your customers and search for specific customers. This report also lets you see detailed data from within the customer account, such as order history and is the access portal to delegate into your customer accounts.

Customer Sales

Displays which customer accounts have made purchase through your Reseller plan, the total amount they spent and how much commission you earned.

Discount Customer Sales Report

Displays what your discounted customer accounts are doing. Since these accounts are not earning you commissions, this report allows you to track the orders they are placing so separate the information for your earning reports.
